I started to take baking seriously about a year ago and realized this was a passion of mine just recently. My baking journey started with Noches de Colombia’s Tres Leches, a delectable and completely guilt-ridden Colombian dessert where it features a vanilla cake soaked in three different kinds of milk overnight. I remember thinking that it couldn’t be that difficult to bake and decided to look for a recipe. After that first success I decided I loved to feed people (and myself!) desserts and it just snowballed from there!
